The IRI conference showcases novel and contemporary research addressing all facets of Data and Information Integration and Reuse in today's era of AI and Data Science – including both Scientific Theory and Technology-based Applications. The IEEE IRI conference and its workshops serve as a forum for researchers and practitioners from academia, industry, and government to present, discuss, and exchange ideas that address real-world problems with real-world solutions. Theoretical and applied papers are both welcome. The conference program will feature a regular research paper track, an application/industry paper track, and a poster paper track, and include several plenary speeches from academia, industry, and government as well as specialized workshops.

Best Paper Awards: IRI'26 will also select and present a Best Paper Award, a Best Student Paper Award, and a Best Poster Award.

Submission Instructions:

Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the above and related topics are solicited. Full papers (regular research track and application/industry track) must be in English of up to 6 pages (using the IEEE two-column template instructions). Posters (including short research highlights and tool demos) are up to 2 pages. Submissions should be double blind, should include only the title and should not include the author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es), tel/fax numbers, and postal address(es) in the paper. The online submission site will be CMT. Please check the conference website for the submission link. The authors need to select if their submission is for the "Full Research Paper" track, "Application/Industry" track, or for the "Poster" track.

If web submission is not possible, please contact Dr. Chengcui Zhang (czhang02@uab.edu) for alternate arrangements.

Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Paper & poster submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper & poster at IRI'26 conference, if accepted.
