IEEE IRI 2026 will be held on the University of Washington, Bothell campus, July 31 – August 2, 2026. The campus is about a mile from downtown Bothell, WA. The town is known for its historic Main Street, its recreational activities (including biking, hiking and kayaking), and a growing number of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and boutique stores. Please refer to the campus map and directions for getting to and around campus.

Conference events will take place across the following locations on the UW Bothell campus. Please refer to the campus map for help getting around.

• Discovery Hall (DISC) 162 & 252 – Parallel sessions
• North Creek Events Center – Lunches, dinner, and award ceremony

On Friday, July 31, in-person attendees who plan to drive to campus will receive a complimentary parking QR code, which will be shared with registered attendees closer to the event. Please note that this code is valid only on Friday, July 31.

On Saturday, August 1 and Sunday, August 2, parking is free on the designated surface lots shown on the weekend parking map below.

• Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is the closest major airport – about 30 miles (48 kilometers) southwest of the UW Bothell campus.
• Ground transportation options from the SEA airport to the UW Bothell campus include rental cars, taxis, ride-sharing services, and public transportation.
• Public transportation: The Link Light Rail connects the SEA airport to downtown Seattle, where you can transfer to various bus routes to the Bothell area.

IRI 2026 does not have a negotiated room block or discounted rate with a nearby hotel this year. However, the following hotels near the UW Bothell campus are recommended:
